Charlie is a licensed home inspector in the State of Washington, with an additional WSDA Wood Destroying Organism (Pest) certification. He is an active member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), where he undergoes ongoing professional training.

Prior to becoming a home inspector, Charlie has worked for more than 10 years as a leak specialist, performing cause and origin investigations into structural water infiltration problems and it’s related damage. His work involves detailed inspections of crawlspaces, basements, attics, roofs, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as the exterior structure and grounds.
